The essential component of a satellite table machine is the indexing mechanism which rotates the work piece through fixed positions within the blasting machine. Small Symmetrical parts are best processed on continuous basis without touching each other.

Surface International has introduced an indexing table type Abrasive blasting machine with Multiple Satellite tables.

The machine has a well-designed blast cabinet with Indexing table where loading & unloading of components are done on satellite table which is outside the blast cabinet. When the main table indexes the satellite table at loading & unloading station component moves into the blast cabinet & reaches the blast station.

The component is thoroughly blast cleaned because of the rotary action of the satellite table & reciprocation nozzle. If internal & external blasting of components is required, 2 or more reciprocating nozzles are provided in the blast cabinet at one or different blasting stations depending upon shape & size of components.

The satellite table can be provided with variable speed rotation depending upon application.

Similarly speed of reciprocating nozzle is also controlled by variable AC drive. The control panel of the machine is an independent cubical panel box which houses all required switch gears PLC & HMI.

The machine is highly user friendly in operation & can handle variety of components in fully automatic mode where only loading & unloading is required to be done by operator.

The machine can be operated on suction or pressure blasting principle of operation depending upon blasting needs.
